Senior Recruiter (Contract)
We're partnering with a large public company seeking a Senior Recruiter who can immediately step into a high-volume environment and make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage 15-25 concurrent corporate requisitions.
- Recruit across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Compliance, HSE, HR, and other business functions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines while driving active searches.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Energy, Oil & Gas, or other publicly traded/industrial industry recruiting experience required.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with minimal oversight.
- Executive presence and confidence leading interviews with senior leaders.
- Strong sourcing skills and a proactive recruiting mindset.
- Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to demonstrate how AI has improved recruiting productivity and outcomes.
