Senior Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Location: Los Angeles, CA (4 days onsite / 1 remote)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation within Studio Finance. This role is critical to centralizing project management across a complex, cross-functional program currently supported by SMEs balancing operational and project responsibilities.
Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager will act as the central operator across the transformation program, responsible for planning, execution, and coordination across finance, IT, and system integrator teams.
Key focus areas include:
- End-to-end project planning and execution
- Governance, reporting, and executive communications
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Driving cross-functional alignment
- Supporting go-live readiness
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Own status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Coordinate across Finance, IT, and external partners
- Facilitate standups, workshops, and steering committees
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP delivery
- Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
Day-to-Day Deliverables
- Executive status reports and program dashboards
- RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Dependency tracking and escalation summaries
- Integrated project plans (Smartsheet / MS Project)
- Stakeholder communication materials
Required Experience
- 8+ years of project/program management experience
- Proven delivery of large-scale ERP/SAP transformations
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams, risks, and dependencies
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, MS Project
Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
- Experience in media, entertainment, or studio finance
- Exposure to finance transformation initiatives
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification
