We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager with a focus on implementing Oracle ERP solutions, particularly Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and other Oracle-related systems. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of ERP projects, ensuring that they meet both technical and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance processes, as well as substantial experience in project management and ERP implementations.
Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and consultants, to drive project success.
Stakeholder Management: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure expectations are managed and met.
Process Analysis: Work closely with business users and technical teams to understand and document accounting, finance, and other relevant business processes for system design and optimization.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks to the project, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent project delays.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance activities related to the ERP implementation to ensure the system meets business requirements and delivers expected results.
Training & Support: Facilitate user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
Reporting: Use project management tools (e.g., Smart Sheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) to track progress, report status, and create detailed project documentation.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically focused on ERP implementations.
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and other Oracle ERP solutions.
Expertise in Accounting and Finance processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into ERP system functionality.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smart Sheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with ERP software implementation life cycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, presentations, and reports.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
