Senior Program Manager (Finance Transformation)

SAP Finance Project / Programme Manager - 12 Month Contract

Korn Ferry is supporting a global Life Sciences client with the hire of an experienced SAP Finance Project / Programme Manager to lead a multi-country EMEA finance transformation programme.

The role will focus on delivery across SAP Finance, regulatory/legal compliance deadlines, process alignment and stakeholder management across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Finance transformation delivery across EMEA markets
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholder updates
• Coordinate business, IT, finance and compliance teams
• Support delivery against regulatory/legal deadlines
• Drive process alignment and readiness across impacted markets

Ideal background:

• Strong SAP Finance / S/4HANA project or programme delivery experience
• Proven experience across multi-country or regional transformation programmes
• Finance process knowledge across areas such as P2P/I2P, O2C, banking, payments, tax, compliance or e-invoicing
• Strong senior stakeholder management and delivery governance experience
• Life Sciences, regulated industry or large enterprise background preferred
