Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in enterprise B2B software, particularly within regulated industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record of building and managing successful software products. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to drive transparency and initiative within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our B2B SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing customer feedback, market demands, and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a product evangelist, presenting product updates and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of security and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise B2B software in regulated industries (financial services, pharma, healthcare, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and scale reliable, secure, and compliant software products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of initiative, transparency, and business acumen.
