The Senior Product Manager will support the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Authentication organization, helping lead a portfolio of mission-critical authentication and identity services. This role will partner closely with technical teams and stakeholders to manage product strategy, service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex authentication ecosystem that supports enterprise-wide access and identity experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the roadmap for authentication and identity management services.
Serve as the product lead for multiple IAM platforms and services, balancing strategic initiatives, operational needs, and stakeholder requirements.
Drive service ownership, ensuring platform reliability, availability, performance, and adherence to service level objectives.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver enhancements.
Oversee authentication-related policy changes, user experience improvements, and platform modernization efforts.
Support identity verification, account recovery, application onboarding, and authentication lifecycle initiatives.
Monitor service health, operational metrics, risks, and dependencies across a highly visible portfolio of Tier 0 services.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities and resolve issues impacting users and business operations.
Contribute to service management and operational governance practices within the IAM organization.

Core Products & Services
This role will help manage a broad authentication portfolio that includes:

Enterprise authentication and MFA services
MyID platform
Identity verification and account claiming services
Account recovery services
Application onboarding platforms supporting IAM integration
Authentication-related self-service and support tools

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related discipline.
5-7+ years of experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Security, or a closely related domain.
Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise applications and technology services.
Strong understanding of authentication, identity lifecycle management, MFA, access controls, and security best practices.
Experience managing highly available, business-critical services.
Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and delivery plans.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM service management and operational ownership.
Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management frameworks.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale authentication platforms.
Background working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience balancing product strategy with operational service delivery responsibilities.
