Senior Payroll Analyst (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading chemical company on their search for a Senior Payroll Analyst. Under the direction of a Payroll Supervisor, the Sr. Payroll Analyst will process payroll for both U.S. and Canadian based employees. The ideal candidate will come out of a large, multinational organization, have multi-state and Canadian payroll experience, and will have at least 10 years' experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees
• Maintain employee information in payroll system
• Review and balance general ledger entries
• Balance tax deposits, third party payments and hours processed
• Audit and reconcile PTO balances
• Work closely with benefits, HRIS and HR teams

Education/Qualifications:

• BA preferred
• CPP highly preferred
• Minimum 10 years' experience in payroll
• Multi-state experience
• Canadian experience
• Workday experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a large, multinational organization
