Senior Operations Manager up to $90K
Lucas Group has partnered with a growing financial institution to conduct a search for a Senior Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years’ progressive work experience in loan operations. Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years of loan operations experience with 5+ years management capacity
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products/services and regulations related to lending and operations functions
- Extensive knowledge in backroom operations of the loan
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
Responsibilities include:
- Lead bank’s Loan Operations department while supporting senior management to accomplish the bank’s strategic growth plans
- Supervises work of area personnel determines work priorities; schedules work assignments; selects, orients, trains, and evaluates work performance of subordinate personnel and recommends associated personnel actions
- Identifies and recommends revisions of internal standards, policies, operating procedures, and new programs to improve efficiency; provides staff with clear and concise written guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Credit Officer and President & CEO
