Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global company in the healthcare industry on their search for a Senior Manager of Learning and Development. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the company's largest business unit, redesigning training to be more self-service oriented.
The Senior Manager of Learning and Development will have a team of facilitators and instructional designers helping to deliver training, but is expected to not only drive the learning strategy for the business unit, but also roll up his or her sleeves and help the team when necessary. Ideal candidates have a progressive training background with experience in both instructional design and facilitation. Previous training team management experience required. 50 - 75% travel; may work remotely the remainder of the time.
