Title: Senior Manager of Compensation
Location: Newport Beach, CA
The Senior Manager of Compensation will be a business partner to the HR and management teams. This role will oversee compensation strategy, policy and compliance for a global client group consisting of Aerospace manufacturing businesses. The successful candidate will create, manage and deploy compensation systems to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities of the position will focus on planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication, evaluation and administration of salary plans, incentive plans, and reward programs. This role will also provide internal customers, primarily HR site and regional leaders, with compensation solutions for a variety of complex compensation issues.
