Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global logistics company on their search for a Senior Manager, Human Resources - Business Services / Labor Relations located Scottsdale AZ.. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual looking to advance in their career in a quickly growing global company! The Senior Manager, Human Resources - Business Services / Labor Relations will serve as an HR expert and be responsible for providing day to day HR leadership in a heavily unionized environment. He or she will provide guidance and advice on a variety of HR functions including: employee / labor relations, recruiting, communications, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, safety, and employee documentation.
The role will support 2,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate will come out of logistics or transportation industry and have strong labor relations experience including CBAs, negotiations, grievances, and understand the union environment.
