Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

Overview
Korn Ferry is partnering with a global SaaS product company to identify a Senior Manager to lead and scale its Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) function. This role will serve as a key operational leader within HR, driving performance management, organizational effectiveness, and HRBP execution across a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Role Summary
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 HR Business Partners supporting U.S.-based functions, with global alignment
- Act as the day-to-day operational lead for the HRBP function, partnering closely with the VP of HR
- Support senior leadership teams with performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Drive consistency and effectiveness in HRBP delivery across business units
- Partner with leadership on key talent decisions, including offer debriefs and hiring alignment (in coordination with Talent Acquisition)
- Build and evolve the HRBP function to support ongoing business growth, including organizational scale and transformation initiatives
- Challenge existing processes and introduce improvements aligned to business performance and agility
- Operate as a strategic partner to the business, positioning HR as a driver of business outcomes

Required Experience
- HRBP leadership experience at the Manager or Director level within a SaaS or technology organization
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or enterprise-scale environment
- Proven track record of building or scaling HRBP teams and capabilities
- Strong experience in organizational design and performance management frameworks
- Ability to influence senior leadership and operate as a trusted advisor
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
Profile
- Practical, business-driven HR leader (not process-heavy or rigid)
- Comfortable operating in a "build" environment with evolving structure
- Strong communication and leadership presence with executive stakeholders
- Adaptable and agile; able to operate effectively in undefined or gray areas
- Familiarity with technology-led organizations and modern HR practices (including AI enablement trends)
