Title: Senior Manager, Benefits & HRIS
Lucas Group has partner with a rapidly growing company in Northern Virginia on their search for a strategic leader for their Benefits and HRIS department. The Senior Manager of Benefits & HRIS will be responsible for handling open enrollment, compliance, vendor management and will be fully amerced in the daily operation and the efficient and effective running of HRIS and benefits for all employees nationwide. The ideal candidate will be an UltiPro wizard and interested and capable of making improvements to policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP, Human Resources, and the HR Leadership team to create and implement a strategy to align human resources programs, plans, processes, practices, and tools, specifically in the areas of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS, with our strategic business goals
- Promote employee understanding of benefit plans at all levels of the organization
- Lead the management of our HRIS system, and all related technology in the areas of applicant tracking, compliance reporting, performance management, compensation and benefits, to ensure the effectiveness and scalability of HR systems
- Oversee the development and management of HR reporting and analytics that will help drive the business through knowledge of key human capital metrics
- Manage all vendor relationships related to benefits, and HRIS programs, plans, processes, practices, and tools
- Monitor the regulatory landscape to ensure the ongoing compliance of programs, plans, processes, and practices in the areas of compensation, benefits, and HRIS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree with a concentration in Human Resources, as well as appropriate HR Certification (PHR, SPHR or CEBS certification highly preferred)
- 10-12 years of human resources operations experience
- Experience with UltiPro
- Demonstrated success leading the benefits, and/or HRIS functional areas in a mid-sized to large organization
- Experience implementing strategic HR initiatives to support organizational objectives
- Previous experience supporting employees in a high-growth multi-location environment
