We are hiring a IT Helpdesk Technician for our Healthcare client in Plano. The ideal candidate will carry multiple certification and have experience performing Level I - Level III Helpdesk support for internal and remote users.
This position has several potential paths for growth including Desktop Support, IT Field Support or several other internal IT groups.
What You'll Do:
GÇïProvide 80%-100% phone support to local and remote users
Learn and support proprietary healthcare applications
Provide troubleshooting and support for email accounts, mobile devices, etc
Continually provide excellent customer service
Exhaust all means of ticket/issue resolution before escalating
Take initiative to address issues that may arise outside of normal scope of work
