Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global chemicals company in their search for a Senior HRIS Specialist. This individual will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Workday and all other HR systems. As well as the ongoing system improvements, other responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, proper documentation, testing, analyzing data flows for system improvements, and supporting all HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously implement and improve HRIS solutions for individual contributors and managers to provide ease of use
• Responsible for system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned
• If applicable, ability to travel to Bangkok (occasional and when travel permitting)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ability to work independently and within in a team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HRIS
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Workday HRIS experience is preferred, as well as SuccessFactors
• Experience having worked in a global Shared Services Model with payroll project implementation is ideal
• HCM and system troubleshooting
• Super user or advanced user in a HRIS solution is required
