Title: Senior HRIS Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Role Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with a global hospitality organization to fill a Senior HRIS Business Analyst role. This individual will partner with leaders across the organization to ensure that the HCM is supporting needs within HR and business units. Focus will be on configuring Position Management for leaders and employees, as well the employee self-service interface and flow. This individual will be writing and configuring job codes, business codes, and allowing security/access for users. System implementation experience is a plus.
