Lucas Group is engaged in a search with a top client of ours, a 21st century marketing powerhouse! We have launched a search for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst. The ideal candidate’s primary focus will be Workday integration and configuration for HR systems.
Requirements:
- Develops and modifies complex solutions by formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
- Recommends system changes that would result in more effective and efficient operations.
- Designs, configures, thoroughly tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those solutions.
- Provide a proactive interface with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday configurations, integrations, reporting and implementations.
- Reviews operational procedures and methods, maps current business processes, defines and analyzes business activities, identifies best practices, and recommends improvements.
- Leads the development of project plans and scenarios related to the testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical colleagues to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
- Maintains system tables and configure approved changes. Documents process and results. Performs bulk data loads to HR Systems as needed.
- Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of HRIS support experience.
- Experience with two or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefit Administration, Recruiting, Performance and Talent, Time and Labor, ESS, MSS, or Compensation
- Technical knowledge of Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Report writer, Workday EIB, custom and calculated fields
- Proven integration design experience using Workday integration tools: Studio, BIRT, Core Connectors, Document transformation, Composite, and Matrix reports, etc.
- Experience with Workday security, tenant management, custom report creation, and inbound/outbound integrations using Core Connectors, Cloud Connector, EIB and Workday Studio.
- Expertise with Workday Studio integrations and Workday BIRT Simple, Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent education, training and experience required.
