Lucas Group has partnered with a manufacturing client operating within an essential industry in on their search for a HRIS Analyst. This is a remote based position with occasional domestic travel as needed.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HRIS
- Responsible for all associated reporting
- Frequently interface with IT around troubleshooting and resolving systems issues
- Assist with any added module implementations within Ultipro
- Communicate with payroll and total rewards team around system data as appropriate
Skills Needed:
- 2+ years of HRIS experience
- Must have current or previous Ultipro/Ultimate Software specific experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to travel approximately 10% as needed
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Work Experience: 2+ years in HRIS
