Title:  Senior HR Manager

Location: NE Arkansas

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading steel pipe company on their search for a Senior HR Manager to lead multiple facilities out of their NE Arkansas location. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' HR experience, be hands yet strategic and solution focused.
General Responsibilities:

• Oversee three nonunion facilities
• Partner with plant management on driving performance and a high performing culture
• Look at employee engagement and retention
• Analyze reports and create solutions/initiatives based on the data
• Look at leadership development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years' experience in HR and out of manufacturing
• Labor and Employee Relations experience
• Strong business acumen
• Adaptability
