Description:
LucasGroup has partnered with a global, multi-billion dollar logistics organization to fill a Senior HR Manager position supporting an area customer service center. This role will partner with site leadership and will own the HR function at the site with a focus on recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
Experience Requirement:
- 7+ years HR generalist experience (customer service/call center setting preferred)
- Experience in integrating culture after acquisition
- Strong recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
