Lucas Group has partnered with a client in the DC area on their search for a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a newly created role, and they are seeking someone to be a strategic HR partner to both domestic and international employees, while building out a new regionalized HR model.
Requirements:
- BA degree required; PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive and increasingly complex generalist human resources experience
- Experience supporting an international employee population is required
- Provide advice on employee relations issues, career development opportunities, training and development, compensation, performance management, and other ad hoc HR responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
