Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading, global professional services firm in their search for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to sit in their NYC office to support a nationwide population. This person will be responsible for all aspects of talent management including performance & talent management, leadership development, compensation analysis, engagement and retention, and all other HR related guidance and initiatives.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-8 Years of HRBP experience, ideally for a client base in Professional Services or similar industry
• Experience working as a true business partner to collaborate and guide leadership policies and procedures
• Ability to work tactically and strategically, adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Support and advise client base on all HR initiatives, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with leadership and HRBP team to drive new initiatives around all aspects of HR including performance management, retention, engagement, talent development, succession planning, benefits and policy
