Lucas Group has partnered with a Global Technology company in San Diego on their Search for a Senior HR Business Partner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certificates are appreciated
• Minimally 10 years’ experience working as a Business Partner in a strategic and consultative manner
• Must have the ability to influence Senior Level Leaders
• Must be able to manage projects, budgets, meet deadlines and execute human capital practices across the organization
• People from various industries are accepted, however this person should have work experience in a global organization with multiple locations and have supported minimally 1,000 employees, globally
