Senior Housing Sales Contractors- Remote

Lucas Group has partnered with a leader in senior housing consulting and marketing arena to find some talented Sales Contractors in Senior housing to fill some urgent needs to service their clients.

COMPANY

Our client is a well-established, reputable and well-known organization in the industries they serve mainly Healthcare and Senior Living organizations
(CCRC, Assisted Living and Independent Living) that need help with marketing, census or occupancy, strategy and sales training of onsite teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

My client is a major consulting agency in the senior living space. They are building a team of dedicated sales professionals who would like the flexibility to work on a contractor basis but steadily for this organization. Opportunity for permanent roles will develop as the business grows and depending on what each contractors’ personal preferences are. I am looking for someone with the ability to come in and help improve occupancy, train sales team members and help assess the situation with each client. Business is booming and they have asked us to help build this team for them. Each assignment will be a minimum of 90 Days

Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned community and execute on community sales strategy developed by organization
  • Help generate leads, sales and increase occupancy level
  • Assess, train and develop team members on community’s sales force
  • Educate the client community leadership on best practices to increase referrals, pipeline and proper closing techniques

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years minimum experience in Senior housing sales (CCRC, Assisted Living and Independent Living preferred)
  • Proven track records of producing results and increasing occupancy at previous communities
  • Diverse knowledge of CRMs utilized in the industry
  • Agility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to travel (will try to keep as close to home as possible - (usually 4 days per week on site)
  • Able to commit to a 90-day term per assignment

PRIMARY LOCATION
Remote Travel role – Preferably based on east coast for now and northeast but have clients Nationally and will consider anyone with the property experience and culture fit
