Director of Sales Training - Remote
Lucas Group has partnered with a leader in senior housing consulting and marketing arena to find a Director of Sales Training. This person will be responsible for advancing the Training for clients and internally by strategizing and developing ways to enhance learning events; create, package, and deliver content; while coordinating with the Marketing and Sales Departments, to help ensure client and company sales needs, training and procedures are met.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be a critical member of the sales team. The company has been building out a sales training arm for the last year or so and this will be a new, needed position for them due to that growth. You will have the opportunity to travel to clients and help train their teams on the consultant’s sales process, help coach their teams and define strategy to help enhance their sales or performance of sales teams. This position will also be expected to develop and implement best in class training, strategy and programs for their clients and internal sales teams as well.
