Senior Fund Accountant
An exciting opportunity as a Senior Fund Accountant at a leading international financial services company in central Dallas has opened-up due to growth. This role will support a Fund Controller in administering the accounting for a range of funds and in maintaining client relationships. As such, this is an exciting position for professionals with strong accounting skills and who also enjoy a client-facing role and have effective client service skills. Responsibilities:
- Journal entries, general ledger, bank reconciliations.
- Financial statement and footnote preparation.
- Income and expense allocations.
- Review of fund accountant work.
- Analysis of investment performance.
- Client relationship management, including presentations to clients.
Requirements:
- Under-graduate degree with an accounting major.
- Masters preferred.
- CPA licensed or candidate/eligible preferred.
- 3 - 10 years of accounting experience.
