We are currently partnering with an industry leader in the financial space to recruit a Senior FPGA Engineer that will be key in partnering with both the technology and business teams to integrate FPGA and hardware solutions into their various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working collaboratively with the technology and business teams to integrate FPGA and hardware solutions into our trading and research platforms
• Researching and working with industry leading hardware and FPGA products
• Working alongside industry experts in the fields of systems engineering, finance, and technology
• Leading/mentoring junior team members
• Taking ownership of and leading projects from start to finish including design, roll out, and testing
• Working on challenging and dynamic problems in a team atmosphere
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Verilog, scripting and/or programming, and Linux
• Mid level candidate, someone with 5-15 years of experience
• Industry experience is strongly preferred. Someone in the defense industry or has solid experience outside of the trading industry can be considered as well.
