External SEC reporting including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8Ks, registration statements, and XBRL
Perform technical accounting research and evaluate & implement new accounting standards
Analysis on complex accounting matters including EPS, stock based compensation, and impairment reviews
Consolidated financial statements, management reports and other analysis
Provide support for internal and external audits
Assist with special projects and financial support as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
CPA preferred
Experience with large ERP system like Oracle preferred
