Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience
• CPA
• Public Accounting experience or combined public and industry experience
• Oil and Gas experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements
• Analyze financial data and ensure that all reporting is in compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines
• Prepare all SEC Financial reporting (8-K, 10Q, S-1)
• Researches accounting rules and regulations and makes recommendations regarding company policy
• Financial forecasting and modeling
