Lucas Group has partnered with a public company in Costa Mesa who are a leader in their industry, to identify an Interim Senior Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of the monthly and annual labor planning and analysis
- Prepare regional revenue reporting
- Create financial reporting on Corporate Facility costs, including month end close and forecasting processes
- Drive standardization and assist with the streamlining of financial reporting and analysis models
- Generate in-depth analysis on drivers of labor and headcount movements and research variances across sources
- Provide analysis and reporting on operating results and investigate variances
- Assist with the improvement of forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years professional experience
- Previous experience with Hyperion or other enterprise planning and reporting tool preferred
