The
Senior Financial Analyst will work with the finance and business personnel across the globe and with senior leaders in the Controllership and Business Finance Organizations. This role reports directly to the FP&A Manager, and given the field of work and its visibility in the organization has a high potential for advancement.
Specific Responsibilities
- Support the FP&A Manager by assisting in the development of actionable, informed financial insights to senior management throughout the company. (This includes sales, margins, EBITDA, ROIC, etc.)
- Assist in providing meaningful analysis and reporting on financial results to assist Product Line, GeoMarkets, and Global Leadership that drive sales and profitability
- Direct interaction with functional with area leaders locally and across the globe
- Mining and Analysis of financial data for multiple entities in 4 major product lines.
- Support Operations as a key resource in analysis of results, investigation of variances and reporting
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting including the development of various models
- Prepare effective pro forma, ad hoc analysis as needed and communicate the results, making recommendations for improved performance and profitability
- Participate in finance and accounting projects as needed with a focus on process improvement and increased efficiency
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting is required.
- 3 years of Financial Analysis experience.
- Oil and Gas industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, environment.
- Fluent in Spanish is strongly preferred
