Lucas Group has been engaged for a Senior Finance Manager position with an industry leader in their field. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the business strategy and providing financial oversight for multiple offices within the Midwest Region. This high visibility role working closely with Executive Management and have an impact on the future growth of the company. Travel will be required to multiple locations to foster relationships within your territory.

Target is $150K+ Base with bonus potential, solid benefits, additional incentives, and FUTURE GROWTH!

Responsibilities: 

• Providing financial guidance and overall business insight for multiple locations
• Analyze and present financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis on company performance
• Overseeing accounting and finance teams and ensure compliance with both external and internal policies
• Developing relationships with Management and on-site Leadership
• Identify areas of improvement for policies and procedures
• Development of Staff
• Travel to multiple sites on a regular basis

Requirements: 

• CPA and/or MBA - Preferred
• BA in Accounting/Finance
• 12+ years of progressive experience
• Large and complex company experience ($300M+)
• Experience within real estate, construction, facility management
• Proven Leadership experience
• Ability to Travel
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
