Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a global leader in manufacturing and retail in their search for a Sr. Director of Learning & Talent. Reporting to the CHRO, the Sr. Director will be responsible for traditional talent and professional learning to include succession planning and development of current and future leaders. S/he will also lead the skills training as it relates to manufacturing. The ultimate goal is to have robust professional learning team supporting leadership effectiveness.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience leading Talent Management (not including recruiting) and Learning in the supply chain/manufacturing space with a company of similar size. S/he will be accomplished in the traditional OD/Talent space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• Solid Experience leading Learning & Talent Management in a sizable organization required
• Advanced degree preferred
• Global experience preferred
