Our global client is the largest in their space in the U.S. Reporting to the CHRO, the Sr. Director, Learning & Talent will drive the strategy and execution of the function to include everything around talent management except for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a senior leader with an innovative approach to learning and will have a demonstrated ability to provide effective solutions around employee development, succession planning and high potential identification & development.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree desired.
• 15 years of learning and talent management experience in a supply chain environment.
• 15+ years of HR leadership experience
