We’re looking for a Senior Design Strategist who excels at transforming data into compelling visual stories. This person will be responsible for crafting high-impact presentation decks that are visually stunning, strategically sound, and tailored for executive-level audiences. The ideal candidate is an expert-level deck creator who understands how to communicate ideas with minimal text and strong visuals, and who thrives in ambiguous environments with limited direction.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging, executive-level presentation decks that tell a clear story
- Use Keynote as the primary tool (PowerPoint or Google Slides experience is acceptable)
- Turn raw data and insights into compelling narratives with minimal text and strong visuals
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution—no formatting errors, typos, or misaligned elements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and shape the story
- Work confidently in ambiguous situations with limited client feedback
- Design slides with headlines that drive the story and visuals that support the message
- Avoid text-heavy slides; focus on clarity, simplicity, and visual impact
- Presentations may be viewed by senior executives, so polish and professionalism are essential
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Must be highly detail-oriented and able to deliver under tight timelines
- Strategic thinker who understands the “why” behind the deck, not just the “how”
