The role will require someone highly capable of drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements. Ideally our client seeks to find a confident attorney with excellent an excellent academic transcript, quality training from a large law firm, reputable boutique or in-house legal team with significant exposure to secondary market transactions involving residential mortgage loans, including whole loan sales, warehouse financing, and servicing.
