Description

The Senior Compliance Manager will develop and implement an effective and comprehensive compliance program.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management in a public company
  • B.S. in a related field, JD strongly preferred
  • Extensive compliance experience including SEC, SOX, FCC, FTC, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, PCI, and general corporate governance
  • GDPR and CCPA
  • Financial reporting ad ITGC
