Title:  Senior Compensation Analyst

Location:  Houston, TX

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading midstream oil and gas organization on their search for a Sr. Compensation Analyst. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration, development and implementation of the organization's compensation programs. The ideal person will have a minimum five years in compensation, have exceptional Excel skills and be able to take initiative.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct compensation surveys and analyze data to ensure market competitiveness
• Keep up to date on market trends
• Partner with upper management on offers, salary increases, bonus calculations, etc.
• Adjust job grades as necessary
• Evaluate job descriptions

Preferred Experience/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation
• Ability to show initiative and problem solve
• Highly proficient in Excel and MS Access
• Must have a high attention to detail
