Title: Senior Compensation Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports to: Compensation Leader

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading financial services firm on their search for a Senior Compensation Analyst located in Atlanta, GA. This individual will focus on and be responsible for all compensation and equity administration activities for the firm while providing assistance to the Manager and Director of Compensation on all matters related to compensation plans. This individual will maintain the database records, provide analysis of the related data, help with the design and implementation of compensation plans, prepare year end reporting, understand legal and tax related issues in correlation to Compensation packages. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Preform compensation benchmarking and analysis
• Prepare employee communications materials and support compensation briefings
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities between HRIS, accounting, payroll, treasury, legal, and equity vendor for grants
• Maintain executive compensation database throughout the year
• Assist with projects related to improving data integrity
• Notify legal, tax and accounting of Management Incentive Compensation Program (MICP) employment status changes that affect stock option holders
• Support and lead broader based compensation projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of compensation experience
• Consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong Excel skills
