Lucas Group has partnered with a leading Financial Services company on their search for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to come in and create impact. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years’ experience in compensation, have knowledge of incentive compensation programs, and be detailed oriented.
Responsibilities:

  • Administer cash and stock incentive programs. Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement variable pay programs.
  • Administer base salary programs to include; job evaluation, job grading, salary surveys, and annual merit cycles.
  • Stay up to date on compensation trends to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Advise leadership on compensation changes, policy interpretation, etc.

Preferred Experience:

  • BA degree required
  • Certifications highly preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience administering compensation programs
  • Team mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
