Our client, an international energy company with a focus on cutting edge technology, is seeking to add an attorney to work with the company's General Counsel in its offices in the near North Chicago suburbs (public transportation accessible).
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of legal experience including experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Specifically, our client is looking for candidates with strong IT and IP experience including licensing and engineering services as well as exposure to government contracts.
In addition to advising on commercial contracts, the Senior Commercial Attorney will also be responsible for advising on a variety of matters as needed including government grants, HR, business strategy, etc.
