Senior Business Manager - Global Banking & Markets
This is a high-profile role within a leading global financial services organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to help shape strategy, drive key initiatives, and enhance how the business operates day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver key business priorities across a European Banking & Markets platform
- Support strategic initiatives and change programmes, from business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation
- Drive improvements in operational processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, transparency, and control
- Support business planning, governance, and management reporting, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and committees
- Collaborate across front office, support, and control functions to resolve issues and deliver aligned outcomes
- Contribute to strengthening the control environment through involvement in risk, audit, and regulatory activities
- Build strong relationships across regional and global teams, acting as a trusted partner to the business
