Summary
- The ideal candidate will have experience developing functional/UI/workflow specifications for B2B SaaS software platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The Sr. Business Analyst will be working closely with product owners, account managers, and customers to gather software requirements.
- The Sr. Business Analyst will be translating the requests and software requirements presented into functional/UI/workflow specifications for the software developers and QA staff.
- The Sr. Business Analyst will work with the QA staff to perform user acceptance testing of new software.
Nice to haves include:
- Domain knowledge in the Fuel or Convenience store industry.
- Data analysis skills with Excel or SQL.
- Mockup tool experience (Balsalmiq, Moqups, etc.) for building wireframes of a functional specification.
- Visio (or similar) experience for visualizing workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Proven success with UI design, using technical and functional capabilities
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with UML and software development products.
- Experience using UAT
- Product development minded.
