Senior Benefits Analyst (Closed)

Title: Benefits Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a global consulting firm on their search for a Benefits Analyst located in Dallas, TX. This strategic thinking individual will also play an integral role in the development and communication of the benefit plans, research and recommend plan changes and serve as a ‘go-to’ benefits expert. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide support, guidance, and advice on all benefits related matters
• Serve as liaison with vendors, auditors, third party administrators, and benefit plan providers
• Administer and manage leave of absence requests (FMLA, STD, LTD, Military, etc.)
• Participate in annual enrollment planning, preparation and communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide education, coaching, and training on all matters relating to benefits
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-8+ years benefits experience
• 401(K) administration experience required
• CBP certification preferred (Certified Benefits Professional)
