Role Summary
Hybrid role combining 50% development and 50% business analysis to support and enhance critical internal applications. You'll partner with business users, technical teams, and vendors while owning applications end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support complex Excel‑based applications using Advanced Excel, VBA, and C#.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Manage full application lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
- Liaise with front‑office users, developers/DBAs, and vendors.
- Handle user requests, bug fixes, and ongoing enhancements.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Expert Excel, VBA, and C# development skills.
- Proven application ownership from requirements through production support.
- Financial services experience (corporate finance, lending, or markets).
- Strong production support and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work across business, tech, and vendor groups.
- Self‑starter who can operate independently.
