Lucas Group has partnered with a growing specialty chemical company on their search for a Senior Analyst of Total Rewards. This role will support the VP of Total Rewards and will largely be responsible for job evaluations, merit increases and pay outs and bonus processing. The ideal candidate will come out of a mid-size to large company and have at least five years' experience in the compensation function.
