The Senior Analyst, Business Operations supports the development of executive-level presentations
and storytelling. The core of the work is helping synthesize marketplace context, business performance,
and growth priorities into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
Ideal Profile:
* Excellent written and verbal communicator who can craft a compelling story from
data
* Analytically strong, but wired to think about the so what - not just the numbers
* Deep familiarity with the media industry, especially ad-supported TV and streaming
* High attention to detail paired with strong editorial judgment
Experience
* 3-5 years in media or related field, with experience in ad sales, business operations, analytics, or
strategic planning preferred
* Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to cross-functional projects within a large & matrixed
organization
* Experience collaborating with colleagues across departments and supporting delivery against target
timelines
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of media math, addressable advertising, and the distribution platform
landscape
* Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly convey insights to
leadership and stakeholders
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data and
contribute actionable insights and recommendations
* Skilled at translating data into powerful stories via advanced PowerPoint or Keynote skills
* Adept technical/functional experience in Excel
* Ability to leverage AI for automating tasks, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing decision-
making processes
* Ability to work effectively within a complex, matrixed organization
* Relentless curiosity, flexibility and willingness to challenge the status quo
* Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines
