Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong Java expertise and AI integration experience to join a newly formed AI Tiger Team. This team operates as an elite, fast?moving engineering group focused on embedding AI capabilities into existing software products, rather than building AI models from scratch.
The role is highly hands-on and will involve working across multiple priority products, each with unique architectures, users, and technical challenges. Engineers on this team are expected to be adaptable, technically deep, and comfortable moving between different problem spaces and codebases.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys ambiguity, complex systems, and real-world AI adoption in production environments.
