Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a newly formed innovation team focused on accelerating software development through AI-driven solutions. This team is tasked with leveraging existing AI models and tools-not building models from scratch-to streamline development processes and deliver high-impact projects across a diverse product portfolio.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work on complex, high-priority initiatives, applying your expertise in software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving to integrate AI into modern development workflows. This is an opportunity to shape cutting-edge practices and validate strategies for AI-assisted coding at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-enhanced development pipelines.
- Work on proof-of-concept and early-stage platforms, ensuring readiness for production environments.
- Analyze and adapt to varied tech stacks across multiple products, applying pragmatic solutions.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) into CI/CD workflows to optimize code delivery.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members across global locations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven AI Software Engineering Experience: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in software development (please provide specifics).
