Senior Accounting Consultant (Interim)
Korn Ferry is seeking experienced accounting professionals interested in interim, contract, and project-based assignments. Our clients range from middle-market organizations to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries and require seasoned accounting talent for onsite and hybrid engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to leadership teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Analyze operational and financial trends to support business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Lead or support special projects and transformation initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and client leadership.
- Adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and representative of Korn Ferry at client sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
